Opened recently next to the Caravelle Hotel, Lion Brewery &
Restaurant can seat more than 700 with a large open space below
and VIP rooms upstairs. The microbrewery uses the traditional
processing method and technology of Kaspar Schulz.Experienced German experts brew three varieties of Pilsener
draught beer using natural spices, rice germ and herbs from the
famous Bamberg region in Germany. The restaurant also offers a
tasty menu with more than 100 international and Vietnamese dishes,
including German sausages (VND 80,000), grilled snapper with
garlic (VND 230,000), and steamed shrimp in Lion beer (VND
