| TO THE MANOIR BORN |
Opened only in March, the restaurant, the restaurant is extremely
easy to find, located on the corner of Dien Bien Phu and Le Quy
Don streets. The building is a French villa, which wonderfully
retains its original colonial beauty. If choosing a place inside,
visitors would have a short walk in the large lush garden, flowers
and vegetation gleaming in the sparkling light of candles. Truly a
romantic atmosphere, with people sitting relaxing under umbrellas
just soaking up the pleasant surroundings.

Inside the
restaurant, people are easily attracted to the unique decor. A
small bar gave one the impression of being in someone's home, with
its luxury sofas designed in subtle colours. The black and white
photos featuring Vietnamese landscapes which adorned the walls
combined with unobstrusive classical music to provide a warm
ambience. Diners may be lyrical about how great it is to savour
the original flavours of authentic French cuisine when they learn
that the chef is Vietnamese. |
