Built in 1856, the communal house was later expanded in 1905. The main front hall, also called 'dai dinh', is connected to the back by a tile-roofed bridge.

There are many valuable items here, such as a statue of Ngo Vuong Quyen, an eight-pole palanquin (covered royal litter), several gongs and other artifacts.
